1. Who retains proprietary rights to the custom code?

According to LiteCommerce license agreement we retain the copyright and all other proprietary rights in and to the code (unmodified and custom) and other inventions created during custom development.

2. Will you use my ideas for future versions of your software?

If a feature we implement for you as a custom solution is requested by other our clients, sooner or later we will include it into our software. However, most likely the implementation will differ from the one we developed for you.

3. Is a similar feature planned to be implemented in the next versions of your software?

Sometimes, due to technical issues that arise during development, we have to remove some features from the list of planned ones for the next version of our software. And sometimes new features are added to the list when the next version is almost complete. Therefore, although we have a list of features planned for future versions of our software, we usually do not disclose it because there is no guarantee that the features will appear in these versions.

Anyway, even if a similar feature is planned to be implemented in the next version of our software, most likely it doesn't meet all your requirements and needs.

4. May I distribute the custom code among other LiteCommerce users for free?

Yes, you may distribute it among other LiteCommerce users provided the custom code you distribute contains unmodified LiteCommerce copyright notice at the top of each php file.

5. May I resell the custom code?

Yes, you may resell the custom code provided:

• the customer accepts LiteCommerce license agreement and Customization agreement
• the custom code the customer receive contains unmodified LiteCommerce copyright notice at the top of each php file
