Estimate the shipping cost

There is an add-on we developed for online shipping cost estimation. During checkout the add-on takes rates directly from a carrier you configure, or multiple carriers, and let a customer choose a shipping method from the available ones and see accurate cost estimation. Currently the add-on works with the following carriers: USPS, Canada Post, Australia Post and InterShipper. InterShipper is not actually a carrier, it's a service to estimate shipping rates with many carriers, including DHL and FedEx. We offer no integration with FedEx currently because can not come to agreement with them.

Offline shipping cost estimation functionality included in basic LiteCommerce package, no add-ons required for this. With this functionality you can define actual shipping charges depending on shipping method, destination (up to actual town nationally and internationally), weight, number of items and order total. Pretty flexible.

For example you can define shipping methods named after DHL, FedEx and other carrier's methods, hence offer shipping cost estimation for these services without Real-time Shopping Quotes add-on. Keeping the charges actual is up to you in this case.
