Hard to define it in short because it has no analog. It's a three in one software combining capabilities of live text or voice chat, online site visitors tracking and website statistics, like web server log crawler, yet better. It's a Java software, so works on multiple platforms (Windows, Unix/Linux, MacOS X, etc.). You can view visitors of your site online, recognize them, like it's a fresh man, this one bought this and that from me and that's John Doe from down the street. Then start a chat session and say: "Hello John! How are you doing?". Or start chat with a new visitor like in a real store with "May i help you?" and smile. Customers like it. Plus voice chat feature.
Then statistics part comes. It can tell nearly anything about the store. And it's better than any web server log analyzer because tracks visitors by cookies. It tracks all the visits and all the actions in every visit regardless change of a proxy server. Regular log crawlers can not adequately track visitor sessions and often split one into many. With all this you can find out e.g. how many of the customers came from Google AdWords by this search phrase viewed and/or bought particular product, hence decide whether the phrase or bid are effective. The same works for any advertising campaign. Also it can tell for example from what geographic location the visitors come, from what sites, the browser and OS they use, the pages they viewed and more.
And the most important thing: we give it out FREE with some functionality limitations.
