Approving a new partner account

If you have chosen to moderate new partner registrations ('New partner registration is moderated' checkbox in Affiliate settings), you can approve new partners for the partnership program in the following way:

First, in the 'Partners' section make a search for partners with 'Pending' status (Figure 22).

Next select the check boxes against the logins you want to approve, in 'Set partner status to' drop-down box select 'Approved' and click on 'Update'. Alternatively you can click on 'edit profile…' of the prospective partner, change his 'Access level' from 'Pending partner' to 'Partner', assign a partner plan under 'Partner Information' subsection of a profile by selecting an appropriate plan in 'Assigned partner plan' drop-down menu and click on 'Update' (Figure 23).

After successfully updating a partner profile you will see the confirmation message at the top of the page:

Your partner's status is now 'Active' and he can get commissions from his affiliates (Figure 24).
