'Banner statistics' show the amount of exposures, clicks and view-to-click ratio for each banner. Every display of a banner is considered a 'view' and counted as such (for example, if a user clicks on a 'Refresh' button in his browser, amount of views is incremented by one). To ensure that only unique banner 'clicks' are calculated, the module uses the following scheme: when a user clicks on a banner and gets redirected to the online store, the store sends a request to the browser to check whether a banner-specific cookie is present in the browser. If no cookie is found, the amount of clicks is incremented by one and a cookie is set in the user's browser. The cookie remains in the browser for a period of time, defined by the 'Cookie expiry period (days)' parameter in the module's settings.

When viewing banner statistics, you can choose statistics period of time, see statistics for an individual partner or all partners, and for certain banner categories. Specify statistics options and click on 'Search' (Figure 32) to see the results (Figure 33).
