Partner commissions are calculated as a percentage of the basic commission rate of a partner plan granted to the partner who facilitated the order.

Example: Let's assume that the basic commission rate of some partner plan is 10%, and we have a 3-level tier setup, where tier 2 gets a 20% commission and tier 3 gets a 5% commission. A customer comes to the store via a link on a website of a sub-affiliate partner and buys $100 worth of products. Sub-affiliate partner will get 10% of that amount, which is $10; his parent partner (affiliate partner) will get 20% of $10 value, which is $2; and a primary partner (a parent of an affiliate partner) will get 5% of $10, which is $0.50.

'Ready to be paid' check box will appear when the commission earned by a partner exceeds the minimum limit defined by the partner's affiliate plan.

When you are ready to pay the commissions, select 'Ready to be paid' check-boxes against respective partners' names and click on 'Mark as “paid”'. The 'Approved' amount of commissions will then appear as 'Paid' (Figure 29).

You can also export partner commission data to CSV and upload it. You can choose CSV delimiter when exporting data (Figure 30).

When uploading data, your CSV file must be pre-formatted in the following way: each line identifies one order, the first column contains a unique order identifier - order ID#, the second column contains a partner commission payment flag for this order (which can be either "Y" – specifying that the partner commission has been paid for the order, or "N" – commission not paid).
