Sending a newsletter

The ‘Send newsletter’ section can be used to send a message to all or some of the users in the search results list.

You need to install the Newsletters add-on in order to send newsletters to the focused group.

1. Enter the subject of your message (‘Subject’ field)

2. Enter the text of your message (‘Body’ field)

3. Click 'Send'.

The message will be sent to all the users in the search results list whose names are selected. If you do not want some of the found users to get the message, unselect the check boxes next to their names. Clicking the topmost check box allows you to select/unselect all the users in the list with one click.
