Administrator: a 'super-user' of the online store system who is privileged to configure the entire store and manage products, customers and orders.

Administrator zone: the store's back office, where the administrator can configure, control and monitor store operations, enable or configure various features of the store.

Customer: a registered store user.

Customer zone: an area at the online store where store customers can manage their profiles and review their orders.

Download link: a temporary link automatically generated by LiteCommerce to provide a downloadable product file to a customer.

Egoods: media-less products (online books, images, video and audio files, software and PIN codes), which are being delivered to a customer either via e-mail distribution or by providing him with a link to download the corresponding file(s) from a web site.

PIN code: Product Identification Number (PIN) is a code comprised of digits, letters and possibly some other symbols; can be used for distribution of software product serial numbers or calling card numbers.

User: anyone who visits the online store.
