Reviewing client shops

Return to Introduction  Previous page  Next page

At the top of the page you see the list of all client shops installed on the system. You can refine the list by choosing to only display shops with the specified status, access policy or URL substring (Figure 13). Additionally, you can specify the number of shops to be displayed simultaneously on one page.

Figure 13: Refined shop list

Every shop record in the list contains the shop's URL address, its directory path, access policy and its current status. The status of the shop indicates whether the shop is active ('Enabled') or has been disabled ('Disabled'). Disabling the store makes it temporarily unavailable to both its administrator and visitors while keeping all the store data intact. To disable a client store or make other modifications to its configuration:

1. Find the store in the list of installed shops and follow the 'Review shop details' link next to it.

2. You will be redirected to the 'Shop details' page (Figure 14) where you can make the necessary modifications to the shop settings.

3. Review the modifications and click on the 'Update' button to apply the new settings or 'Cancel' button to disregard changes. Next you will be redirected back to the list of installed shops.

If you have any add-on modules installed, the 'Review shop details' page contains an additional section with a list of available shop modules. Modules that have been enabled for a particular shop, have a checkmark against them. To enable or disable a module for the shop, place or remove a checkmark against it and click on the 'Update' button underneath the module list to enable the module. You will be redirected back to the list of installed shops right after that. You can click on the 'Cancel' button to disregard changes.
