Notifications are not sent automatically to notification subscribers, to send out notification e-mails you need to approve the notification requests.
| • | To approve a request, place a check mark against each request you want to process and click on the 'Notify' button. You will be redirected to 'Send Customer Notifications' page (See the section 'Sending out customer notifications' of this manual for details). After the notification is sent, its status automatically changes from 'Ready' to 'Sent'. |
| Note: | Only requests with 'Ready' status can be sent. Other requests will not be processed on the click of the 'Notify' button even if they are check marked. The total number of requests that will be sent is written on the button. |
| • | If you do not authorize a notification request, place a checkmark against the request and click on the 'Decline' button, the status of the request will be changed to 'Declined'. |
| Note: | Only requests with 'Waiting' or 'Ready' status can be declined. Other requests will not be declined on the click of the 'Decline' button even if they are check marked. The total number of requests that will be declined is written on the button. After you click on 'Decline' you will see a confirmation message, click on 'OK' to proceed with the operation. |
| • | To delete a request from the store database place a checkmark against it and click on 'Delete'. |
| Note: | Only requests marked as 'Declined' or 'Sent' can be deleted. Other requests will not be deleted on the click of the' Delete' button even if they are check marked. The total number of requests that will be deleted is written on the button. After you click on 'Delete' you will see a confirmation message, click on 'OK' to proceed with the deletion. |
